Merry Christmas, Sandman Nation! If you’re a football fan like most of us, having a full slate of NFL games on Christmas Day is a welcome change from decades past. Believe it or not, the NFL forbade Christmas Day games from 1972 to 1989 before slowly and sporadically bringing them back. We’ve now had three games each in 2022, 2023, and again this year and when the schedule lines up, that trend will most likely continue.

So enjoy the presents, a cup of eggnog, and all the family joy, and while you’re at it, flip on a game or two and see how our Legends stack up this week.

It’s an interesting slate, as nearly every matchup is split almost evenly among our experts. The only game with anything close to consensus is the Clemson vs Penn State bowl game, where eight of the 11 are backing the Nittany Lions getting the field goal plus the hook.
