Corrections Policy
Sandman Sports is committed to accuracy. When we make a factual error, we correct it promptly, transparently, and visibly.
How We Handle Corrections
Factual errors: When we discover, or are notified of, a factual error in a published article, we update the article and include a dated correction note at the bottom explaining what changed.
Significant updates: If a correction materially changes the meaning or interpretation of a story, we update the article accordingly and revise the headline when necessary.
Typos and formatting: Minor spelling, grammar, formatting, or stylistic edits may be made without a formal correction note.
Article removal: Articles are removed only in limited circumstances, including legal requirements, major factual failures, or significant ethical concerns. When content is removed, the URL will display an explanatory notice rather than an empty or broken page.
Requesting a Correction
If you believe an article contains a factual error, contact us at info@sandmansports.com with:
- the article URL
- the specific claim you believe is inaccurate
- any supporting information or evidence
We review all correction requests as quickly as reasonably possible.
